Are there any animals?
Yes, we have two dogs, cats, chickens, turkeys, geese, quails and parrots.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome at our agricamper. We only ask that they are kept on a leash and that owners are responsible for cleaning up after them.
Is the pool always open?
The pool is open from April to October, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. However, the hours may vary in case of scheduled maintenance.
Is there a restaurant?
Yes, we offer breakfast and dinner services at the campsite. While we don’t have a traditional restaurant, we provide delicious meals made with fresh ingredients from our farm. Breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM, and dinner is available from 7:00 PM to 10:30 PM. A reservation is required for dinner. Moreover, we offer cooking lessons.
Are there any recreational activities available?
Currently, we do not offer organized recreational activities. However, our guests can enjoy the peaceful surroundings, relax at the campsite, or explore the nearby nature. We can also point you toward activities offered by local operators or nearby attractions.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
Yes, we offer Wi-Fi through Starlink for our guests, available in most areas of the campsite.
How can I purchase your products?
You can purchase our products directly at the campsite, including fresh vegetables, olive oil, wine, and tomato sauce. Alternatively, you can inquire at the reception for more information on purchasing, or you can email us to request a quote.
Do you offer taxi and/or shuttle service?
We do not offer taxi or shuttle services, but we can point you toward local providers for transportation options.
Is it possible to rent camping equipment?
We do not offer camping equipment for rent, but we do have a cooking kit available for rent, including a pot, pan, utensils, and plates.
Is there a shared kitchen?
No. We have a cooking kit available for rent, including a pot, pan, utensils, and plates.
Do you accept credit card payments?
Yes, we accept credit and debit cards.
Do you offer bicycle and/or car rental service?
We do not offer rental service, but we can provide recommendations for local rental shops.
Is it possible to use electricity at the pitches?
Yes, both water and electricity are available at the pitches.
Are there supermarkets or shops nearby?
Yes, there are many supermarkets and shops in the nearby town of Pachino, where you can purchase groceries and other essentials. There is also a small grocery store near the beach.
Do you offer options for special diets (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free)?
Yes, we offer options for special diets, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free meals. Please inform the reception in advance to ensure we can accommodate your dietary needs.
Is there a quiet hours policy to follow?
Yes, we have quiet hours from 23:00 to 7:00 and from 13:30 to 15:30 ensure a peaceful environment for all our guests.
Is the facility open year-round?
Yes, our facility is open year-round, welcoming guests throughout all seasons. However, there may be periods of closure during the low seasons, so it’s always advisable to contact us before your arrival.
Is it allowed to light outdoor fires?
Outdoor fires are not allowed, but we do have BBQs available for guests to use.
Do you offer laundry service?
We do not offer a full laundry service, but we have a washing machine available for use for a fee. Bungalows include a change of bed linens and towels every 7 days. If you require more frequent changes, an additional charge will apply.
Can I park my car near the tent or lodge?
You can temporarily come close to your lodge or pitch for loading and unloading operations. Afterwards, there is a dedicated parking area at the entrance.
Do you offer camper services, such as water refill and drainage?
Camper services are available exclusively for our guests. Unfortunately, we do not offer water refill and drainage services for external vehicles, even for a fee.
Are there mosquitoes or other bothersome insects?
Being in a natural environment, there may be some mosquitoes and other insects, especially in warmer months, despite regular treatments. We recommend taking precautions such as using repellent.
Can I arrive at the facility late in the evening?
Yes, you can arrive late in the evening. However, we recommend informing us in advance so we can provide any necessary instructions for your arrival.
Is it possible to bring visitors who do not stay overnight?
Yes, visitors who do not stay overnight are welcome. For security reasons, they must be registered at the reception in advance to ensure proper access and arrangements. A fee may apply, always contact us in advance.
Is the area safe?
Yes, the area is very safe! We do our best to ensure a comfortable and secure stay for everyone, but as always, it’s good to stay aware and follow any local tips.
